CLEVELAND, Ohio — A gunman on Monday fatally shot a 31-year-old man on his porch and 5 minutes later killed a 17-year-old boy throughout a carjacking, police mentioned.
Cleveland police confirmed late Thursday that investigators imagine the shootings on the town’s West Aspect are related. Police made no arrests.
